A Quirky One...
I like to exercise at home, and I rig my own gym equipment to increase the resistance. The result of that is that the embedded calorie counter becomes useless, because it is calibrated for the original resistance. A simple solution is to count the number of repetitions and the elapsed time, and figure out a formula to estimate the calories burned. How do you count the number of repetitions? This is what this app does. Point the camera at a repetitive motion, and it will count the number of repetitions. It also allows you to input some parameters and use that in a formula to estimate the calories burned. How do you figure out the values of those parameters? I have a few articles about that...
While one phone is pointing at the repetitive motion, you can use another phone to open this app and see the count in real time. For that to work, you need to log in with a Google account.

Yes, that is correct. This app runs entirely in your (phone's) browser. It also runs on a laptop, and you can use a laptop's camera to count reps if you want, and have a convenient way to place your laptop in front of the repetitive motion.

It reduces cloud costs (less to pay for me -- it's a free app, after all).

Free, No Ads
QR codes are so pervasive these days, and there are many QR code generators out there. In spite of many free, open source QR generator libraries being available, I am yet to find one (except for my own) that is completely free, has no ads, and does not require an account or sign-in.
I completed this one in less than 1 hour, so I can only release it for free. Enjoy!
